I’m giving two stars just because the customer service was very good. I don’t know how it’s possible but somehow they’ve made an uglier retainer than my original retainer. It’s ugly, and it doesn’t cover my entire pallet. There’s no back wires for me to remove my retainer properly. On top of everything I waited two months, including a recasting for this retainer.i’m very disappointed definitely not worth $178. This is a non-refundable item clearly so I am stuck with an ugly, barely functional retainer. It was definitely worth $350 to get it done at an actual dentist office for no more than a week waiting time
