FAQ/Terms & Conditions

Unlock Your Best Smile with Teeth Retain Design's Innovative Solutions.

We are not examining your mouth. You understand that a doctor has not examined your mouth (oral cavity) to check for any physical anomalies or disease. We recommend that you have your oral cavity examined in person by Dentist or Physician at least once per year.

Our purpose is solely to make a new snore guard, clear retainer, Hawley retainer, night guard, partial denture or to repair your existing device. By using our service, you agree that upon needing a snore guard device, clear retainer, Hawley retainer, night guard, partial denture or repair, it would not be REASONABLE to wait any longer and/or that a physical dental office visit would also not have been REASONABLE given your situation due to the inability to travel etc. You understand that a licensed dentist will or has reviewed the case either by examining the appliance in person, in pictures, or by video.

Additionally, this was the fastest most convenient option you were able to find. If you did not use our service for the new snore guard device, clear retainer, Hawley retainer, night guard, partial denture or repair in the best/fastest/most convenient possible manner, more harm and discomfort (sleep apnea, eating, smiling, socially) would have been encountered than by not using our services. Teeth Retain Design is not a licensed provider of dental medicine in any state, and do not make any representations to the contrary. Teeth Retain Design is dental/orthodontic lab. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Teeth Retain Design may engage the services of licensed dental providers in order to enhance the level of service provided to its users. Use of Teeth Retain Design does not substitute for your use of any licensed medical professional, including dentists, for medical and/or dental care.

Purchasing a custom-made dental appliance from Teeth Retain Design is not like purchasing an off-the -shelf product from a retailer. As with any company that creates a truly custom-made product we can never recoup the amount of money or work we put into your appliance. Please remember we are not designing your appliance to your mouth but a dental impression MADE by you. If the appliance you received is not fitting correctly this is because it was made from an inaccurate impression and NOT faulty craftsmanship.  We are happy to always work with our customers and will try our best to meet your expectations. We put a lot of time and hard-work into making quality dental /orthodontic products and we aren’t satisfied until you are.

Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature, custom-made dental appliances are non- refundable, but we do make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience with Teeth Retain Design. In the event you received your completed custom-made device and the device does not fit, you are eligible to retake your impression one (1) time and Teeth Retain Design will remake a new device at no charge. However, We will not remake, repair or replace your appliance due to any of the following: loss, discoloration, normal wear, neglect,  hypersensitive issues or abuse.

How Do Retainers Fit and Devices Fit?

All of appliances fit based off the impression that is sent in. That is why it is very important to have an accurate impression and picture sent to us for viewing, before mailing back. If you do not send us the impression needs to capture the teeth and palate for the upper and for the lower, we need all teeth.

If you take an impression and the front teeth are covered to the gum line, but the back teeth are only half, then the final product will cover the teeth to the highest point that your impression did.

If your impression is distorted, this means that your moved during taking the dental impression, pushed the impression in more than once, or you did not get all the teeth into the putty, we will send you a new kit for a new impression. The second kit with additional materials to make a good impression, the remake kit, is $14.95. Please watch the videos to insure you take a quality impression the first time.

We do not take returns. This is a custom device that can be adjusted or made to order for a new one. Shipping fees are not included, and customer is responsible to return product.
