Teeth Retain Design – Custom Dental Appliance Refund Guidelines

At Teeth Retain Design, our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their experience and the quality of their custom dental or orthodontic appliance. Due to the nature of our products—each one being uniquely crafted to an individual's impression—certain refund and return restrictions apply.

⚠️ Custom Products Are Non-Refundable

All products offered by Teeth Retain Design are custom-made based on impressions provided by you. As such:

  • We do not offer refunds for completed appliances, including but not limited to:

    • Retainers

    • Snore guards

    • Night guards

    • Hawley retainers

    • Sleep shields

    • Partial dentures

    • Appliance repairs

This policy is in place because once an appliance is made from your impression, it cannot be reused, resold, or restocked due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

🛠️ Adjustment & Remake Policy

We understand that things don’t always go perfectly the first time. That’s why we offer the following support:

✅ Free Adjustment or Remake (One-Time Only)

If your appliance doesn’t fit or needs adjustment, you are eligible for:

  • One (1) free remake or adjustment within 30 days of delivery

Conditions:

  • The original device must be returned within 15 days of receipt

  • The device must show no signs of wear or damage

  • The issue must be due to fit or function, not misuse or inaccurate impressions

📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by support.

💔 No Refunds for These Scenarios

Refunds or free remakes will not be provided if:

  • The appliance was made from a distorted or inaccurate impression

  • The appliance has been worn, altered, damaged, or misused

  • You simply changed your mind or no longer need the product

  • Loss, normal wear and tear, discoloration, or sensitivity concerns arise

  • The order was canceled after the impression kit was shipped

🧪 Impression Kit Policy

  • Impression kits are non-refundable once shipped due to hygiene standards

  • Replacement kits can be purchased for $14.95 plus shipping

  • If the first impression is distorted, you may submit a second using a new kit

🔄 Broken Mold During Fabrication

If your mold breaks during the appliance fabrication process, we will:

  • Send you a replacement impression kit at no charge

  • Work with you to remake the appliance as quickly as possible
